02 Do I need special hardware?
No. MyPatient runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet, or phone. A printer for prescription slips is the only extra.
03 Whose data is it?
Yours. Each clinic controls its own records. Patient data is never sold, never used for advertising, and staff only see patients registered at their own facility.
04 Does it handle load-shedding?
Records live in the cloud, not on the one PC with the UPS, any device that comes back online picks up exactly where the clinic left off.
05 What does "coming soon" mean?
Features marked coming soon are on the active roadmap, ambient scribe, analytics, automated SMS/calls, the patient app, tasking, and telemedicine. Early clinics get them first and help shape them.
06 How long does setup take?
